How do I get paid for my property?

In short, our title company will process the sale and send you a check. To add to that, we are a cash buyer and have the ability to complete a transaction quickly and professionally and will fund all closing costs associated with the sale.

What will you do with my property once you buy it?

We are in the business of buying, holding, and selling vacant land. We will take a look at your property to see if we want to purchase and hold it for ourselves as an investment. Or perhaps, we will work with an investor-partner and sell it to them to hold or develop. Be that as it may, we will evaluate the land and put it to good use.

What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?

Over the past few months, our call volume has increased significantly. And honestly, we’ve been getting so many leads that we just don’t always have the time that we need to call everybody back. We would love to talk to everyone. With that, it helps us out tremendously if we have the information already submitted. That way, we will have it reviewed when we do have the opportunity to.

You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?

Although we don’t do this very much, we may send you an offer prior to speaking with you. This is because we have already reviewed your property and found that we are already interested in making you an offer with the details that we already have. If you decide that you will accept our offer, you can complete the preliminary purchase form and forward it back to us and will get the exchange underway.
